"6 weeks to get a refund on return."
I ordered 4 items. One dress was very nice, one was of low quality that I kept, and I returned 2. It has now been 20 days and there has been no refund. When I called today, they could not tell me if they received the items back and said the refund would be processed in 4 to 6 weeks, and I should call back then. I will NEVER ORDER from them again!
"Late Delivery Ruined My Plans"
My order showed up two days late again, which completely messed up the plans I had for it. I kept checking the tracking, but it was basically useless and didn’t give me any real updates. Super frustrating when you’re counting on something to arrive on time.

"Shipping was just okay"
Well... I ordered from favorites.com and the product itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. It was pretty much what I expected once it finally showed up.
The shipping was the only part that felt a little frustrating. Tracking barely updated for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. It did arrive eventually, just slower than I hoped. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a rush.

"Return was fine, refund took longer than expected"
I ordered from favorites.com and ended up needing to return one item. The actual return process wasn’t too hard, but getting the refund took longer than I expected. I reached out to support and they did get back to me, but it felt like I was being passed around a bit before anything really moved forward. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just could’ve been quicker and smoother
"Simple, clear, and actually helpful"
Using Favorites was a really smooth experience for me. The site was easy to get around, pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I needed. I appreciated that nothing felt confusing or overcomplicated. Sometimes a simple, well-organized site makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful, and that was the case here.
"Barely Any Options, Just More Work"
I was disappointed with favorites.com. I went in expecting a decent selection, but so much of what I was looking for either wasn’t there or was really limited. I ended up spending extra time digging around and trying different searches, which just felt like unnecessary work for nothing. Not really worth using for me.

"Helpful support, just took a bit"
Had an issue logging in and support did end up fixing it for me. It took a little longer than I expected, maybe they were backed up or something, but they were nice the whole time and got it sorted

"Good prices, definitely worth it"
I thought the prices were really fair, and I was expecting to spend more because I’m usually bad at shopping around. For what I paid, the value was solid and I’m happy with it.

"Checkout felt way more frustrating than usual"
I tried ordering from Favorites, and the checkout kept freezing right when I was entering my card info. I’ve ordered from plenty of sites before without much hassle, so having to refresh twice and retype everything was annoying.
It finally went through, but then I was left wondering if I’d accidentally been charged more than once. That’s definitely not a great feeling, and it made the whole experience more stressful than it should’ve been.

I gave it 2 stars because the delivery did at least show up, but the order still wasn’t right. One item came in the wrong size and another thing was just missing completely. Customer service did fix part of it, but it took longer than it should have and was annoying to deal with. I do like the site overall, I just wish they’d double-check orders better because it just felt...
